Roll The Glass helps you create drinking games and share them with friends.

You must:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and all activity.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Roll The Glass is a non-paid service. This may change in the future, and we will add a subscription/pay-as-you-go model if we do:

• Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
• You can cancel anytime via your account settings.

3. Refund Policy

• Subscription payments are refundable within 30 days of the initial subscription date.
• Subscriptions beyond 30 days from the initial subscription date are non-refundable.
• To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact [email protected].
• Refund requests must include your account details and the reason for the request.
• Refunds will be processed within payment processor timelines.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect abuse or fraud.
• We may modify this refund policy at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

4. Advertising and Promotional Emails

• Roll The Glass may send you emails that include service updates, promotions, or advertisements for our own or third-party products and services. • Promotional emails will be clearly identified with a label such as “[Advertisement]” or “[Ad]” in the subject line or email body. • By using our Service, you agree to receive such communications. • If you are located in the European Union or other jurisdictions requiring prior consent, we will request your explicit consent separately. • You may opt out of receiving promotional emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in the emails or by adjusting your account settings. • Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not affect the receipt of important service-related communications. • All promotional communications will include the sender’s name, address, and a clear method for opting out. • Third-party advertisements included in our communications are the sole responsibility of the third parties, and HJDEV is not responsible for their content.

• Your subscription payment fails repeatedly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HJDEV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Korea.
